Can I book my equipment rental online?
Yes, you can! We recommend to all our guests to pre-book their ski/snowboard rental and can save up to 15%!
Do I need a lift pass to Ski/Snowboard?
Anyone Skiing or Snowboarding at Mt Buller needs to have a lift pass, and you won’t be able to collect your rentals if you do not have a valid lift ticket. It not only grants access to the network of chair lifts, t-bars and carpets, they also cover vital services around the ski area for the safety and enjoyment of all.

No, they’re not compulsory. But are strongly recommended to everyone to wear them! They are included in your rental package for free aswell!
All children partcipating in lessons, must wear a helmet.
What time can I pick up my rentals?
All of our stores open to align with lift openings.
Or if you’re feeling extra organised: Get a head start on your snow-filled day with our complimentary afternoon-before pick-up service. Collect your gear the day before and hit the slopes bright and early the next morning, ready for an unforgettable day on the mountain.
Off-mountain locations offer next day pickup from 3pm, and on-mountain locations offer next day pickup from 4pm.
I’ve rented in Mansfield and want to swap equipment, what do I do?
Switch up your gear effortlessly with our Gear Swap offer. Hire for multiple days and enjoy one free swap, allowing you to transition from skis to snowboard or vice versa with ease.
Rest assured with our 100% equipment guarantee, if you rent from one of our Buller Sports Store locations, feel secure knowing we can fix any equipment issues in one of our many locations.
I have a lesson booked, how long before my lesson should I allow to pick up rentals?
We recommend allowing at least one hour during non-peak times, and up to two hours during peak periods (weekends and school holidays) to collect your rental equipment.
Please note that Buller Sports is not responsible for missed or late arrivals to lessons, so we strongly encourage you to plan ahead to avoid delays.
